How Artisory Brand Media collects, uses and protects the information you submit.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Artisory Brand Media ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through artisorymedia.com and through enquiries and purchases made by email. We are the controller of that information.
2. Information we collect
The enquiry form collects the name, company, email address, business type, nature of enquiry, selected package and message you submit, together with your acknowledgement of this notice. If you go on to order, we also hold the correspondence, order details and delivery records associated with your purchase. We do not collect payment card details — the website processes no payments.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log data (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not operate advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.
4. Cookies
The website sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies that may be set by the hosting platform for security and session integrity are used. If analytics or marketing cookies are added in future, a consent mechanism will be introduced before they run.
5. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide ordering information, confirm and fulfil orders, deliver purchased digital resources, provide support, keep records of transactions, and protect the website against misuse.
6. Lawful basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to confirm, deliver and support your purchase); legitimate interests (to answer enquiries, keep business records and secure the site); consent (for any optional marketing, which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
7. Marketing
We do not add enquirers to a marketing list by default. If we ever send marketing email, it will be on the basis of your consent or an existing customer relationship, and every message will include an unsubscribe link.
8. Service providers
We share information only with providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: website hosting, email and file delivery, and accounting. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.
9. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens and the UK/EU GDPR applies, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
10. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order, licence and correspondence records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting and licence-evidence obligations. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. After those periods information is deleted or anonymised.
11. Security
Information is held in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and available only to people who need it to operate the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights
Subject to local law you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these, email us using the address in clause 15. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
13. Children
The website and products are intended for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
14. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
